The hotel greatly exceeded our expectations! It is a wonderful value! We were a little nervous about staying so close to the train station, but it was extremely convenient! The hotel itself is great! Nice contemporary design- rooms well appointed, very quiet. Ours had a quaint little balcony we could go out on to see the city sights below. Price included a very nice breakfast. We would definitely stay there again. Great place to stay if visiting Pompeii/Mt. Vesuvius.

Airy and reasonably spacious room with a minibar, a balcony, and Wi-Fi. Many things to like: exceptionally comfortable bed, LOVELY food, polite staff. Wonderful and favourable location, near the train station which was n't the safest location in Naples.

This is a lovely hotel, an oasis from Piazza Garibaldi. The rooftop bar with views of Vesuvius is great. The room balconies overlooking the chaos of the streets are great but when you close the windows it's so quiet. Naples really is an amazing city, you just need to ignore the mess and all the immigrants selling tat on the streets.
This is the second time I've stayed here and on this occasion it was only one night. Unfortunately there was a buzzing noise coming from the air con vent (the air con was off) all night that drove me insane and I got no sleep. This hotel is not that old but you can already see, like with many things in Napoli, that the owners seem to not care about maintaining it in a1 condition.

Quality of restaurant food very poor. Staff unable to handle complaints well and didn't try to correct situation (restaurant only)

Staff friendly and the location excellent. The service was good and the food up to standard but an option for a more international menue should be considered.
The state of the streets around the Hotel we found unbeleivable. The sheer number of street sellers was an experience and will damage the rating of the hotel.

Friendlyness and professionalism of staff. They were so nice. We first stayed there for 5 days and then returned for 2 days. I had bought a present for myself that was difficult to carry when we were going to Sorrento. They were nice enough to hold the box for me until I returned and when we returned they immediately gave me the box back and called later to make sure that it was in good condition. Also, their breakfast (included with the room) was the best we had in the 3 cities we stayed at (Rome, Napoli and Sorrento) and we even had 2 good dinners there and truly enjoyed them and the service of the waitstaff.
The size of the bathtub - it's double the size of bathtubs in the U.S.

Hotel was very modern and close to the train station
Neighbourhood is the most run down part of Naples, but a great hotel given the location
